For my first front cover of Marilyn Manson I looked at the colour scheme and decided that I would base my colours on that. I decided that I would keep all the text and the main cover line to the deep blue background which I felt balanced the colours really well. I also gave a header that said exclusive and made it the same colour as the masthead to show the relation between them. I gave it a skyline which stands out from the magazine and shows a certain level of ego for the magazine. I added a puff which shows exclusive offers.

with the colour scheme on this one I decided to use the colour of yellow for my main cover line. there are elements of yellow hinted throughout the cover. The puff used in this followed the colour of blue which isn't present in cover until I made the name's of the acts in the cover lines blue.
I really liked the colour scheme for this cover and decided to follow it. I added cover lines and skyline, and used anchorage text at the bottom to show what the artist Bjork was saying. I made the main cover line and the skyline have a glow effect which matched the mast head. the colour of red white and black were the main colours used. I used grey to make the exclusive area stand out.
I really followed the colour scheme for this one and used red throughout my cover. this links to the masthead and makes the cover have one primary colour. I also changed the colour of the text when it came to Drake's shirt and changed the colour to white so it didn't blend in.
For this I followed the colour scheme of red white and white. I feel the colours bond really well. I researched different bands that were of the garage rock genre and decided to put them into this magazines as a feature.
